Full form of CCTV is Close Circuit Television, actually now a days people are moving towards security every company, shops, commercial place like bus stand, port, airport, railway stand and busy places started installing CCTV, the reason is simple as I have already said to increase security level, there are many smart CCTV also invented like remote controlled CCTV, online CCTV, remote access CCTV, these are just advanced version of CCTV, that’s why we will have much better security system for protecting us and helping us from theft and from other flaws we have in the system.

Important Components of CCTV-

Here, I am going to share with you, few important components of CCTV, CCTV having many small as well as Big Components, we are going to cover almost all of them that’s why you will have knowledge about its component-

1. Camera
2. A close electrical circuit
3. One Big Monitor, small monitor can also be okay depending on number of camera you wanted to installed
4. CPU (Central Processing Unit)
5. All wires for connection
6. High speed internet connection required to connect CCTV with internet
7. LAN wire required for connecting CCTV for remote access through LAN connection

Benefits of CCTV-

There are lot of benefits of CCTV, but first we need to choose a better quality camera we are going to installed in CCTV, actually in general there are two types of camera’s we have those are-

1. Simple camera
2. Night vision camera

Night vision camera is little bit costlier than simple vision camera, because in simple vision camera we can not see without external light just like at night, but if we will have night vision camera then it is really possible.

So, here are few notable benefits of CCTV-

• It gives a high level security
• We can see what is going on without presenting in the system or on the spot
• If anything happened where we have installed CCTV then we can easily see later for proof
• We can make it online
• We can access it live from anywhere

I did not share with you till now one of the fact, I am from India, I have visited many institutes some of them are private and some of them are government, both sectors having the same condition for CCTV, almost every institutes I have visited in India they have installed CCTV.

One of My Best Experiences with CCTV-

It was 2012, I was in B.Tech final year, yes I am an Engineer, I was sitting in my class and someone said that his Laptop has been stolen by someone, but there were two CCTV installed in our class, may be who theft he does not know about it.

Because he was outsider, the incident happened at lunched time, there CCTV helps to get back his Laptop, after then we all of them came to know the importance of CCTV in college promises, because its really worth it, recently I have visited many cities of East India, there I usually lives in hotels, I have seen they also installed CCTV in the hotel corridors, because they are also interested to increase security levels, I mean its really helpful.
