QC in fact refers to Quality Control. Quality Control is in fact a set of procedures in order to ensure that a manufactured good or any performed services adheres to a defined set of criteria of quality.

• Well as a matter of fact quality assurance is termed as a procedure or set of procedures. This very set of procedures is intended to ensure that a product or service under development meets certain criteria. But in the case of Quality control, set of criteria are looked and processed after manufacturing and the working processes.
• So it is to be noted that Quality Control is not identical as compared to that of QA that stands for Quality Assurance.
• Quality Assurance is sometimes expressed together with Quality Control as a single expression, quality assurance and control.
• So guys and girls here comes one of the important thing. This is the difference between both of them. Actually Quality control is after the manufacturing and the whole process has been completed. On the another hand there is Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance is during the production process. QA includes the products as well as services under development.

Here I am going to focus and share with all of you some interesting thing about the topic that is quality Control.

So the thing here is that for implementing an effective Quality Control program, an enterprise must first decide about the standards of the product as well as services. Actually I am saying that any enterprise must think which particular the product or service must meet.

So dear guys and girls there are quite a few things which is very important here right now. In the case of any Quality Control there comes various issues and standards set up. May be it includes like that of having certain units for quality check up. Let me focus:-

• As a matter of fact there must be all the extent of quality control. In other words the extent of Quality Control actions must be determined.
• Also the real-world data must be collected.
• After then the results must be reported to management personnel.
• Then there includes taking the decision of corrective action as well. As for an example there will have repairing of or rejecting the poor service for the sake of customer.
• If too many unit failures or instances of poor service occur, there must have a plan in order to improve the production or service process. After there should have action on that very plans.
