What is a Teacher?
A teacher is a person who is having all sources to make students more efficient and more proficient in every field. Well as personally being in the this profession I must say this is one of the challenging profession, because here we need to do opposite things I mean you need pay more attention on a bad student than a good student.
Can you tell why?
Because we also need to convert that bad or naughty student to a outstanding good student.
What Teachers can do for a Country?
As I am in this profession from last four years that’s why I am writing this article, just let me share with you last night discussion while taking dinner in one of the amazing restaurant in the city, we are talking about what teachers can do for the country.
Actually, teaching profession is a profession which can build a strong nation, because those will be leader of tomorrow all of them get education, learn good things and even opposite from Play school<Primary School<Middle School<High School<College/University.
So, if you will realize student about their life and what to do next then I am sure at least 80% of them will have great positive thinking which is really cool and great achievement for you, even I have joined teaching profession because I knew there were very less teacher those are teaching from heart that’s why we have seen only few teachers are good I mean them students chat beyond the class room.
Think about it if even one student every year change the way thinks about education then won’t you think that would be great achievement for you.
How to Become Great Teacher in Any Subject-
If you wanted to become school teacher then this is for sure you need to prepare a subject properly with back story, means suppose that you are going to teach Newton’s law then you must know about Newton and how he found these laws those we are studying today. I mean to get the attention you students you must know the back story then teach them enthusiastically if you can do it in the beginning and maintain it for long time then I am sure you will be next amazing teacher in your field.
5 Tips to Teach Effectively-
In this section of this article I am going to share with you only five tips, which I have learnt from four years of teaching experience, yes I have been teaching in University, Engineering Colleges as well as delivered hundred of motivational seminars in different educational institutions from this I have learnt these five mind blowing tips that’s why anybody can teach effectively-
- Prepared the subject thoroughly it’s the first step to teach effectively
- Let them enjoy in the class while teaching
- Your voice each everything and you have use it little loudly
- Tell them advantages, disadvantages as well as application of what you are teaching, if is applicable
- Always start teaching from a problem then come to the topic which will make them to put interest in the teaching
At the last and most important, you must hold in the class and never let them student know about your character, because its really important see I have attended a workshop which has been organized by core team of it, I mean those having more than 30 years of experience in teaching.
They even admit that teachers must be enthusiastic in teaching and a teacher is an actor first if you can not act then you can not become great teacher, that’s even I admit.

In this section of this article I am going to share with you how you can become one of the top most influencing teacher-
- Understand the basic of the subject
- Have you read the subject first as a student before going to teach, if not then do it now
- Practice a lot and speak the same topic in front of the mirror to see your face expression while teaching
- You have to have everything on tips
- If you are teaching which is having numerical then learn the simple way to solve it that’s why students can grab it quite easily
- Have pretty good communication skills
- Think about how you can help each and every students in your class
- Identify problems of student and then teach them
- Be motivated while teaching and pay attention of each and every students if you can because that’s really difficult for you if you are new to this profession
- Tell them story what can motivate them, because its really get good result for me, but you have to keep repeating it when you see they are not interested
Courses for Becoming Government School Teacher in India-
JBT/DEd, B.Ed these two courses are among courses those are really popular for getting job in school, in government school, actually these courses has been designed to trained young aspirants to let them become a good trained teacher.
But, there is another option for students those are resident in Haryana, if they complete B.Tech in computer science and engineering then they have option to write HTET means Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test for computer teacher in government school of Haryana, personally I did not know about this but I came to know one of the principal who is working in a private school.
Most Popular Courses in Teaching Professions-
JBT/DEd, B.Ed these two courses are popular in India, because there is an entrance examination that is TET, the full form of TET is teacher’s eligibility test, this examination organized centrally as well as state wise too, but if it is organized state wise then its name changed little bit, like if this organization organized by Haryana government then its name is HTET that is Haryana Teachers Eligibility test, again if it is organized by Jharkhand government then it is JTET that is Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test.
So, these two courses are popular because there are almost vacancies in school for teachers filled by TET examination.
